Rural Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 630701. Rural Finance Ltd acts as a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to several carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your requirements. We are only able to offer finance products from these providers and a commission will be received for this instruction. Finance is available subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.
We do not charge you a fee for our services. We earn commission from our lenders. This can be a fixed fee, a fixed percentage or a variable percentage of the amount you borrow. This means the commission payment we receive can vary depending on the amount you borrow. We may also receive additional remuneration from the lender based on our portfolio size, quality and performance. The commission amount received can also vary depending on the lender as the lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. The commission amount will be fully disclosed prior to proceeding with the credit agreement. If you have not received confirmation of the commission amount, please contact compliance@rural-finance.co.uk
Please note, we conduct both regulated and unregulated business and therefore not all products provided through us are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
