Rural Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 630701. Rural Finance Ltd acts as a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to several carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your requirements. We are only able to offer finance products from these providers and a commission may be received for this instruction. Finance is available subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.
We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either as a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage or a variable percentage of the amount you borrow). We may also receive additional remuneration from the lender based on our portfolio size, quality and performance. For your reassurance, all the lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates, but the commission we receive does not influence the interest rate you will pay. Our aim is to secure finance for you at the most suitable interest rate available, for your specific deal, from our panel of lenders. If you would like to know the amount of commission received, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
